Nikki began her athletic career trying to keep up with her brothers in whatever sport they were playing, and inherited a love for extra-curricular activities. She has a B.S. in Physical Education and History and a M.Ed. in Physical and Sport Education from Utah State University, and is a M.Sc. in Sports Performance and Conditioning from Southern Utah University. She is currently at PhD student studying Motor Learning and Control in the College of Rehabilitation and Communication Science at Idaho State University.
Nikki worked as a physical education teacher prior to obtaining her advanced degrees. She currently coaches basketball, and has experience coaching golf, volleyball, and college recruiting. Through her experience teaching, coaching, and recruiting athletes, Nikki found a missing gap in the system for the youth. Her passion to help youth be their best and achieve, led her to organize 1st Quarter Foundation. Nikki works directly with program design, education relations, and is actively involved in the local schools.

Gerald L. Brown, CPA
Accountant and Finance Controller
Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master of Accounting from Utah State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He services as a Commissioner on the Idaho Wheat Commission, and has been involved in a number of leadership positions in his community, including the Caribou County Grain Growers, the Idaho Grain Producers Association, the Bear River Water District 11, and the Caribou Memorial Hospital.
Jerry works full time as a CPA in Soda Springs. Jerry and his wife Robyn have been married for 33 years and have six children. The Browns enjoy spending time with their family, working together managing and operating the farm, camping, fishing, and backpacking.

Chad D. Hansen
Business and Tax Attorney
Chad has assisted a number of charitable organizations gain tax-exempt status or navigate tricky tax or organizational issues. He also represents clients in tax controversies with state and federal taxing authorities, including assisting clients in audits, protests, and tax collection matters.
Chad's accomplishments include being listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (2016-2019) and being named the 2019 "Lawyer of the Year" in Tax Law in Dayton, Ohio. Only 4% of attorneys in the country receive Best Lawyers recognition. Chad also has been a frequent writer and speaker on various tax and business topics and taught business law and income tax courses as an adjunct professor at Antioch University and Franklin University.
